Abstract

Triazole is a five member heterocyclic nucleus and has concerned extensive attention of the chemists and researchers for the investigation for the new therapeutically active molecules. This heterocyclic nucleus plays vital role in biological fields such as, antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticonvulsant, anticancer, anti-inflammatory activity. This nucleus also has multiple potential against several other pharmacological activities. Synthesis of the different triazole compounds and their different derivatives were tested for their diverse biological activities. This review provided a summary of the medicinal utility of triazole with anthelmintic, insecticidal and antiprotozoal activities.
